## Manifesto

### English

Some problems don't translate.

They exist in the space between languages, in the friction of systems built
for somewhere else, in the daily negotiations that never make it into
case studies.

We're not adapting AI for the Middle East. We're building AI that
understands what that even means.

The hard things. The tedious things. The things you've accepted as
"just how it is."

We don't accept that.

في التفاوضات اليومية التي لا تظهر في أي دراسة حالة.

نحن لا نُكيّف الذكاء الاصطناعي للشرق الأوسط. نحن نبني ذكاءً يفهم
ماذا يعني ذلك أصلاً.
